Candy Caulton, Administrator

    Candy Caulton, as Administrator has been a vital member of the team for more than 19 years.  She was licensed as a Realtor in the late 80's in California and worked in the Corporate Relocation business before moving to Houston and associating with J. Carter Breed Properties.  Today Candy has taken her organizational skills to a new level and serves as the coordinating spoke for the company.  She coordinates all the marketing of Listings and is the sounding board for Sellers as well as preparing market analyses.  Candy coordinates all transactions from listing a property to helping assure a seamless closing and managing the office staff.
